Abstract
Performance management system is a necessary tool to be implemented in PT Berkat Putera Pratama. Its aim is to measure performance quantifiably and fairly for all employees and reward them appropriately. An analysis on business typology deemed PT BPP an analyzer and vision and mission alignment leads for a mixed model approach for the PM system, which consists of results and behaviours measurement approach. The design of PM for PT BPP in this paper has fulfilled the characteristics of PM of an analyzer typology. Results are measured using KRA and KPIs, while behaviours are measured by competencies. Employee’s performance will affect rewards and benefits that employees receive. Development plan are also integrated to the PM system to improve employees’ performance.
