ABSTRAK TESIS Nomor Mahasiswa : 2010070093 Nama Mahasiswa : Ni Putu Sri Artati Program / Angkatan : Magister Manajemen Eksekutif Muda / 3 Judul Tesis : PENINGKATAN KINERJA BERBASIS ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED (EVA) PADA PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK Tahun Kelulusan : 2011 Abstrak : To examine the existing processes of financial performance which related to company’s vision to be Indonesia’s Most Admired & Progressive Financial Institution, analysis administered to the existing financial performance calculation and financial performance calculation based on EVA (Economic Value Added). Also, there is the EVA estimation for certain required return (p.83). While all calculation method provided, some recommendations to boost EVA (by re-enforcing the employees) could be applied.
