Abstract

Salah satu fenomena yang sering terjadi pada Generasi Z adalah tingginya tingkat turnover intention. Berangkat dari fenomena tersebut penelitian ini berusaha mencari tahu penyebab dari fenomena tersebut. Beberapa hal yang diduga menjadi penyebabnya adalah Work-life balance, burnout, dan work engagement.
