Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang strategi internalisasi budaya organisasi PIMPIN (Profesional, Integritas, Manfaat, Proaktif, Inovatif, Tangguh) di Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia. Meskipun nilai PIMPIN telah diadopsi secara formal, masih terdapat kelemahan dalam internalisasinya kepada karyawan Kementerian Luar Negeri
