Abstract

ABSTRACT DESIGNING PT. PRODIA WIDYAHUSADA’S BALANCED SCORECARD YEAR 2013-2017 PT. Prodia Widyahusada is a health care services company. To compete in today's business and future, strategy management system is needed that is able to make the company survive and excel in business competition. PT. Prodia Widyahusada’s strategy illustrated in the form of a strategy map. Balanced scorecard is a strategic management tool that connects between the strategic vision, mission and strategy into action. Application of the balanced scorecard translating strategy into the system will result in measurement of a comprehensive, balanced and scalable. The design of the balanced scorecard for PT. Prodia Widyahusada expected to help the company to gain a sharper business strategy in the face of competition, can be measured, making it easier to evaluate the success and take corrective action Keywords: strategy map, balanced scorecard, strategic management tool ================================================================================================================== ABSTRAK RANCANGAN BALANCED SCORECARD PT. PRODIA WIDYAHUSADA TAHUN 2013 – 2017 PT. Prodia Widyahusada adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Untuk menghadapi persaingan bisnis saat ini maupun di masa yang akan datang dibutuhkan sistem manajemen strategi yang mampu membuat perusahaan tetap bertahan dan unggul dalam persaingan bisnis. Strategi PT. Prodia Widyahusada diilustrasikan dalam bentuk peta strategi. Balanced scorecard merupakan alat manajemen strategic yang menghubungkan secara strategik antara visi, misi dan strategi ke dalam tindakan-tindakan. Aplikasi balanced scorecard kedalam sistem penerjemahan strategi akan menghasilkan pengukuran yang komprehensif, seimbang dan terukur. Rancangan balanced scorecard untuk PT. Prodia Widyahusada diharapkan membantu perusahaan untuk mendapatkan strategi bisnis yang lebih tajam dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis, dapat diukur, sehingga memudahkan mengevaluasi keberhasilan serta mengambil tindakan perbaikannya.
