Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Penelitian Perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode Tahun 2016 sampai dengan Tahun 2018) Intellectual capital merupakan aset pengetahuan yang dimiliki perusahaan sebagai sumber daya yang kompetitif yang akan meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam bersaing dengan memberikan value added bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris atas pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap kinerja dan nilai perusahaan pada industri property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016 - 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan konstruk laten formatif dengan indikator Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) sebagai indikator pembentuk konstruk kinerja perusahaan, indikator Price to Book Value (PBV) sebagai indikator pembentuk konstruk nilai perusahaan, serta indikator Value Added of Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) sebagai indikator pembentuk konstruk intellectual capital (VAICTM). Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan (2) Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Intellectual capital, Perusahaan property and real estate, Partial Least Square (PLS), Indonesia. ================================================================================================================== ABSTRACT INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL INFLUECED TOWARD COMPANY PERFORMANCE AND COMPANY VALUE (Property and Real Estate Company Research that Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for Period 2016 until 2018) Intellectual capital is a knowledge asset owned by the company as a competitive resource that will increase the company's ability to compete by providing value added to the company. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of intellectual capital on company performance and value in the property and real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018. This study uses formative latent constructs with Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) indicators as indicators for constructing company performance constructs, Price to Book Value (PBV) indicator as an indicator of the construct of company value, and Value Added of Employed Capital (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) indicators as indicators for constructing intellectual capital (VAICTM). The samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study show that, (1) Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on company performance, and (2) Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on company value.
