Design/Methods/Approach: With a quantitative approach, the sample was determined using purposive sampling techniques with criteria of age 18–28 years and a work period of more than six months, with 186 respondents meeting the criteria and analyzed. Data processing was conducted using SmartPLS (PLS-SEM). Findings: The results show that workplace camaraderie has a positive and significant impact on work engagement, confirming that a friendly and supportive work atmosphere substantially increases the engagement of young employees.
