Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relative product innovative, relative product advantage, relative price advantage, perceived risk, after sales services dan user charging behavior terhadap repurchase intention yang dimediasi oleh brand image dan customer engagement.
