Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap animosity dan intensitas berpartisipasi, animosity terhadap intensitas berpartisipasi, intensitas berpartisipasi terhadap perilaku boikot, serta intensitas berpartisipasi dalam memediasi pengaruh media sosial dan animosity terhadap perilaku boikot produk. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 300 masyarakat Kota Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis jalur dengan bantuan software Smart Pls 5.0.
