Abstract

Integrasi saluran online dan offline dalam perilaku konsumen telah menyebabkan meningkatnya fenomena webrooming, di mana konsumen mencari informasi produk secara online tetapi melakukan pembelian di toko fisik. Meskipun prevalensi webrooming semakin meningkat, penelitian mengenai dampaknya pada berbagai kategori produk masih terbatas.
