Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah a. Mengetahui apakah setiap customer dengan nilai penjualan tinggi juga menghasilkan profit margin yang tinggi. b. Mengetahui tanggapan customer dalam hal promotion, pricing, dan customer relationship management JNE Logistik. c. Membuat rancangan strategi customer relationship management meliputi pricing dan promotion berdasarkan Decision Grid Analysis (DGA).
