Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh employer branding terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan pada generasi Z dan apakah work life balance (WLB) menjadi mediasi dalam pengaruh tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan instrumen kuesioner skala likert 1-5 melalui Google Formulir selama satu bulan
