Abstract

For companies, turnover is an important factor that needs to be considered because it is related to the behavior of employees who have the intention to leave so that it greatly impacts the company's results. The factors that can affect turnover intention include flexible work arrangements, job satisfaction and work life balance. The research sample processed was 385 responses with the characteristics of respondents with the age of generation Z (born in 1997 - 2012), working in DKI Jakarta with a minimum working period of 1 year. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The results of this study state the influence of flexible work arrangements, job satisfaction and work life balance negatively on turnover intention.
