Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat strategi pemasaran salah satu bank swasta di Indonesia (Bank XYZ) dengan pendekatan Market-based Management dan melakukan analisa strategi pemasaran melalui beberapa strategi analisis diantaranya Analisis Marketing Mix 7P, Analisis SWOT dan Analisis PESTLE.
