Abstract

Strategi pemasaran media sosial cat MI bertujuan meningkatkan citra merek dan mencapai target merek di tahun 2024-2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix method, yaitu metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif dialkukan melalui observasi dan studi dokumen, sementara pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kepada 133 responden melalui google form dengan teknik judgmental sampling
