Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengembangkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu (Integrated Marketing Communication/IMC) bagi Commcap (PT. Komunikasi Maya Bestari),sebuah purpose-driven digital agency di Indonesia yang menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas basis klien dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnisnya.
