Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan membuktikan teori apakah performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, trust, reputation, dan internet banking self – efficacy mempengaruhi Behavioral Intention nasabah dalam penggunaan internet banking.
