Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap Digital Banking Experience, Relationship Quality, dan Customer Lifetime Value pada nasabah pengguna aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri di Bank Mandiri Region IV Jakarta Thamrin.
