Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap Digital Banking Experience, Relationship Quality, dan Customer Lifetime Value pada nasabah pengguna aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri di Bank Mandiri Region IV Jakarta Thamrin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah nasabah pengguna aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri
