Abstract

ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT DESIGN BASED ON ISO 31000:2018 PT. BOBOBOX MITRA INDONESIA PERIOD 2023-2026 This study explores the successful integration of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) based on ISO 31000:2018 at PT. Bobobox Mitra Indonesia, a start-up company in hospitality. The study details the ERM design formulation process, including risk management principles, framework and process. Organizational commitment to effective risk management is established by appropriate documents. The literature review highlights the important role of ERM and its alignment with the dynamics of the startup sector. The research methodology outlines the steps taken in conducting the research. Results include the identification, assessment and treatment of risks, leading to a structured ERM framework that ends with an ERM implementation plan in the company. The discussion emphasizes the importance of comprehensive risk monitoring in startups. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of ISO 31000:2018-based ERM to navigate the challenges of the startup landscape.
